盾构下穿既有隧道诱发沉降后注浆抬升试验研究

  • 摘要: 为探明囊袋注浆法整治盾构下穿既有隧道诱发沉降的效果,在开展了盾构下穿模型试验基础之上,自主设计了囊袋注浆法的注浆工艺,进行了盾构下穿既有隧道诱发沉降注浆抬升试验研究,对盾构下穿既有隧道诱发沉降注浆试验过程中上部隧道的挠曲变形、隧道沉降、附加土压力变化进行研究。试验结果表明:在距离隧道北端部120cm-250cm处,上部隧道发生了明显的横椭圆变形;同样在此位置处上部隧道抬升高度明显,抬升最大值在隧道中部约为15mm。并且附加土压力变化显著,且均为上升趋势,在隧道中部时,附加土压力增长值最大;在注浆过程中,囊袋注浆法对于浆液有着良好的束缚作用,浆液压力主要集中在囊袋注浆口附近,使周围土体产生了土拱效应;在实际工程当中,建议采用多点位同时注浆,让隧道整体抬升,使整治后的隧道结构内力以及结构形态恢复至下穿前的状态。同时加强在注浆过程中对隧道抬升的监测,以防隧道抬升超出。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the effect of bag grouting method in treating the subsidence induced by shield tunneling under the existing tunnel, based on the model test of shield tunneling under the tunnel, the grouting process of bag grouting method was independently designed, and the experimental study on induced subsidence induced grouting uplift of shield tunneling under the tunnel was carried out. The flexural deformation, tunnel settlement, additional earth pressure change and grout diffusion mode of the upper tunnel during the induced settlement grouting test of the existing tunnel under shield tunneling are studied. The test results show that the transverse elliptic deformation occurs at the distance of 120cm-250cm from the north end of the tunnel. Similarly, the lifting height of the upper tunnel at this position is obvious, and the maximum lifting height is about 15mm in the middle of the tunnel. The increase of additional earth pressure is the largest in the middle of the tunnel. In the process of grouting, the bag grouting method has a good binding effect on the slurry, and the slurry is crowded and diffused in the bag during the grouting process, and the slurry pressure is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the bag grouting mouth, which causes the soil around the soil arch effect. In the actual project, it is suggested to use multi-point grouting at the same time to lift the tunnel as a whole, so that the internal force and structural form of the tunnel structure after rectification can be restored to the state before the underpass. At the same time, the monitoring of tunnel lift should be strengthened in the process of grouting to prevent the tunnel lift from exceeding.
