软土地区深基坑对临近地铁结构影响的实测与分析

摘要: 基于临近地铁线路的某大型深基坑工程,对基坑设计和施工方案、施工期间地铁结构监测数据进行分析。研究表明:面积和深度均较大的基坑进行分期实施,可以有效控制临近地铁结构位移;基坑开挖卸荷可能导致临近地铁结构产生较大的回弹,并产生朝向基坑内侧的水平位移;袖筏管注浆可以有效地控制地铁隧道结构位移,结构产生较大位移时可适当进行纠偏;此类工程中地铁结构产生的位移具有明显的时空效应。Abstract: Based on a large-scale excavation adjacent to metro line, the design and construction schemes and monitoring data of metro structures during construction are analyzed. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: the movement of metro structures due to the adjacent excavations can be effectively controlled by stage excavation. Considerable rebounding displacement and horizontal displacement orient to the excavations can be induced by excavation unloading. The displacement of metro structures can be effectively controlled by sleeve-valve-pipe grouting, and rectification of metro structures can be executed. The time-space effect is obvious in this kind of projects.
