软土地区深基坑变形控制设计实践与分析

Design practice and analysis of deformation control of deep excavations in soft soil areas

  • 摘要: 以上海市瑞金医院普通病房综合楼基坑工程为案例,介绍了在环境保护要求较高的条件下采用地下连续墙加多道内支撑等设计、施工措施来控制基坑变形,通过对施工过程中周边管线及建筑、墙体变形等监测数据的分析显示,这些变形控制措施达到了预期的效果,可为类似的深基坑围护设计和信息化施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the deep excavation of general comprehensive ward building of Ruijin hospital in Shanghai, a case of excavation which adopts diaphragm wall with several internal bracing and construction measurements to control its deformation under high requirements of environmental protection is introduced. The monitoring deformation data of the circumjacent pipelines, buildings and diaphragm wall show that the deformation-control measurements achieve the prospective effect. This case may provide a reference for the design and information construction of similar deep excavations.
