襄阳乐福天下基坑支护结构设计及施工监测分析

Design and construction monitoring of supporting structures for foundation pit of Lefutianxia Building in Xiangyang

  • 摘要: 襄阳市乐福天下深基坑为二层地下室,地处闹市区,毗邻市区中心主要交通干线,周边环境复杂,无放坡空间,开挖深度大,地层软弱复杂、地下水位高。为保证基坑侧壁及周围环境安全,严格控制基坑支护的变形,对该基坑进行了不同支护方案的优选,并进行基坑支护结构及周围建筑变形和内力的监测。通过对支护结构水平位移及变形速率,基坑周边环境及锚索内力的监测数据分析,得出基坑的变形规律,并验证了基坑支护结构设计的可靠性和合理性,对襄阳地区其他深基坑工程的设计与施工具有一定的价值。

     

    Abstract: The deep foundation pit of Lefutianxia Building in Xiangyang is a two-story basement, and it is located in downtown area and near the major traffic arteries of the city center. The surrounding environment is complex: no space to put slope, large excavation depth, weak complex formation and high groundwater level. In order to ensure the safety of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment and to control the deformation of supporting structures for the foundation pit, different supporting schemes are optimized. The deformation and internal force supporting structures and the surrounding buildings are monitored. By analyzing the monitoring data of the horizontal displacement and deformation rate of supporting structures, the surrounding environment and the internal force of anchor cables the deformation laws of the foundation pit are obtained, and the reliability and rationality of the proposed design. It has a certain value for the design and construction of other deep foundation pits in Xiangyang area.
