海口滨海地区某小区深基坑支护技术研究
Supporting technology for deep excavation of a residential district in tidal flat areas of Haikou

摘要: 以海口滨海地区某小区高层住宅楼项目的深基坑支护设计方案及施工过程为研究对象,在综合考虑工程结构特点、场地概况及地质条件的基础上,采用土钉墙支护及放坡挂钢筋网喷射混凝土支护形式,并在施工过程中对基坑变形进行持续性监测,由监测数据可知,最大累计水平位移为32.10 mm,最大累计竖向位移为21.8 mm,其他基本监测项目均没有达到报警值,基坑变形满足设计要求,获得了较为满意的社会及经济效益,为今后的类似基坑工程提供一定的参考及借鉴作用。Abstract: The design scheme and construction progress of supports for deep excavation of a residential district in tidal flat areas of Haikou are taken as an example. The soil-nailing wall along with slope excavation hanging steel fabric shotcrete is adopted as the supporting structures based on the comprehensive consideration of structural characteristics, field survey and geological conditions. The continuous monitoring of foundation deformation is performed during the construction process. The monitoring data show that the largest cumulative horizontal and vertical displacements are 32.10 mm and 21.8 mm respectively, and other basic monitoring indexes are all within the standard limits of the design. The supporting structures for the deep excavation result in the satisfactory social and economic benefits, and this study may provide certain reference for the future similar excavations.
