大采深厚表土复杂空间结构孤岛工作面冲击地压防治 技术研究

摘要: 厚表土层覆盖下的深埋不规则孤岛工作面覆岩空间结构复杂多变,顶板运动剧烈,该类孤岛工作面在受到大采深和地质构造等因素的影响下,极易发生冲击地压。以某矿不规则深井孤岛工作面为工程案例,首先对工作面冲击危险性进行分析评价,通过开采前进行的模拟推进,采用覆岩空间结构理论,分析得到了高应力区域,确定了冲击危险区域和危险程度;采用应力在线监测系统进行冲击危险性实时预报,钻屑法进行危险性检验;采取钻孔卸压和爆破卸压措施对危险区进行处理,有效的保证了复杂空间结构下孤岛工作面的安全回采。Abstract: The spatial structure of overlying strata of deep irregular island face under thick topsoil is complex, and the movement of its roof is drastic. Mine bumping in this kind of isolated island is easy to occur under the influence of mining depth and geological structure. Through a case study of one deep mine irregular island face project, safe mining of this island face is ensured through the following steps: firstly, the hazard of mine pressure bumping is evaluated, based on the simulations by mining before advancing and the strata spatial structure theory; secondly, the on-line stress monitoring system and drilling cuttings method are adopted for risk inspection and forecast; finally, the technology of drilling and blasting pressure releasing is adopted to deal with dangerous areas. Based on this study, the safe mining of this complex spatial structure is effectively guaranteed.
